New Mexico Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped Patron honored for WWII Service

On July 16, 2019, Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (LBPH) patron Joyce Fox detailed her World War II experiences to a Santa Fe Veterans organization. They honored her with a red, white, and blue quilt embroidered with her name and service record.
