As you may know, the New Mexico Library Foundation is conducting an assessment of New Mexico’s diverse libraries this spring. The goal of the project is to identify the current state of the New Mexico school, public, tribal, academic and special library sectors.
As a member of the New Mexico Libraries Assessment Task Force overseeing the assessment, I am pleased to announce that an essential component of this assessment—a comprehensive survey for all types of New Mexico libraries—is now live.
If you are the director or “person in charge” at your library (including solo librarians in a school or institutional setting), please take the +/-20-minute survey on behalf of your organization. The survey should be filled out only once on behalf of each library.
Here is the link to the survey, which will be available May 3 – 24: https://portlandstate.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_2rhB0km4VvH4lpz
