Seeking a library administrator to lead a dynamic staff in a growing Library system. RRPL is a friendly, excellent, small city library system serving close to 27,900 people per month in one new and one newly renovated facility, with 45 staff members, a strong collection of 192,500+ items, and program attendance of 1,700+ a month. The annual circulation is 679,000+ items. The Annual Operating Budget is $2 million. The Library Director is a member of a group of talented professionals that comprise the City’s senior management team. The director serves under the direction of the City Manager and the advice of the Library Advisory Board. Responsibilities include planning, implementation, supervision, and evaluation of all public library services, facilities, and programs.
