For more information please visit our website: Employment with the State of New MexicoPurpose of Position: This position is located in Santa Fe, NM at the New Mexico State Library. This position will administer the Federal Library Services and Technology Act (LTSA) grant program awarded yearly to the New Mexico State Library as implemented by five year plans E.g. 2013-2017. This position will coordinate with the DCA Federal Team on draws, reporting categories, and reconciliations. This position will compile and proofread annual LSTA State Program Reports. Responsible for preparing budgetary reports and recommendations to the LSTA Advisory Council. This position under the supervision with the Deputy State Librarian will oversee the Rural Services Program including the Books by Mail and the three bookmobile offices that serve counties in New Mexico. In addition, this position supervises five (5) full-time-employees. This position is a Pay Band 75. |

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: |
A Bachelor’s Degree in any field of study from an accredited college or university and five (5) years of professional level experience operating within parameters and guidelines directly related to the purpose of the position defined by the agency at the time of recruitment. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling nine (9) years may substitute for the required education and experience. A hiring agency will designate a portion of the required experience to include supervisory and/or specialized experience. Any required licensure, certification or registration shall be defined at the time of recruitment and will be in addition to the above requirements.
