What is Project Outcome?
Project Outcome was first introduced by the Public Library Association (PLA) on June 26, 2015 with the goal to “help public libraries understand and share the true impact of essential library services and programs” (taken from Project Outcome website).
Project Outcome provides easy to use tools along with other helpful resources to assist public libraries of all sizes with gathering more comprehensive, reliable, and beneficial data. Take a look at the website as well as this article on Publiclibrariesonline.org to see if registering (FREE) would be useful for you and your library.
