12 New Mexico public libraries have signed up for Project Outcome!
It looks like there are exciting things happening in 2017 with Project Outcome, so you may want to take a look at their website to see if it would be a useful tool for your library or share this information with library staff that might benefit from using worthwhile survey tools.
Introductory Webinar, Outcome Measurement Made Easy, Now Archived for New Users
Project Outcome now has an updated, introductory webinar available for FREE. This webinar is a great resource for library staff interested in learning about Project Outcome for the first time or want to introduce the project to staff at their library. Access the recording HERE. The webinar, offered live on January 12th, had 300 attendees. A post-webinar outcome measurement survey with 154 respondents resulted in the following outcomes:
- 93% strongly agreed or agreed that they learned something new they could apply toward their job
- 89% strongly agreed or agreed that they felt more confident about using Project Outcome
- 92% strongly agreed or agreed that they learned something they will share with their co-workers
- 95% strongly agreed or agreed that they are more aware of outcome measurement resources
Project Outcome Webinar: On February 23rd at 1:00 pm CST, Project Outcome will host a FREE webinar “How to Successfully Roll Out Project Outcome in Your Library.” Attend this webinar to hear good practices for on-boarding staff, building internal support, and organizing your data collection team. Learn some of the steps libraries have taken early on to launch Project Outcome and spark support for outcome measurement, whether in a single library or an entire system. This webinar will feature Project Outcome users who will share their success stories and lessons learned.
