Position Summary | The Health Sciences Library and Informatics Center (HSLIC) is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual for the library’s Technical Services Manager in the Resources, Archives and Discovery (RAD) unit. The RAD unit is responsible for the selection and acquisition of general and special collections, managing exhibits, maintaining records for the digital repository, and maintaining vendor/publisher relations.
The Library Technical Services Manager provides stewardship and oversight of the library’s Integrated Library System (ILS) – including management of the electronic resource management tool/knowledge base, cataloging, as well as developing and maintaining of user interfaces for better discovery of library resources. Minimum Qualifications | Bachelor’s degree; at least 1 year of progressively responsible experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Higher education and/or experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified may be interchangeable on a year for year basis. |
