Children’s Day, Book Day or as it is commonly known Día (El día de los niños, El día de los libros) is 
celebrated on April 30th of every year! Día was started by author, Pat Mora as a way to celebrate children and the love of reading.
It’s easy to celebrate Día in a library or at home by sharing books with loved ones- parents, grandparents, siblings, friends, even a favorite pet!
