- Library Services Manager – The Rio Rancho Public Library is hiring for 2 new Library Service Managers positions! The Branch Services Manager will manage supervisors at all 3 Rio Rancho Public Library locations and ensure that our libraries create a warm and welcoming space for all our patrons.
