The UNM-Valencia Campus Library is seeking a Library Info Specialist II that assists with the research needs of our students, faculty, staff and community members. Our mission is to provide student and faculty access to scholarly materials adequate to support the current curriculum along with an environment in which life-long learning is encouraged by responding to the information needs of all users in an interested and caring manner. This individual will assist in the coordination of the day-to-day fiscal and administrative and operational activities of the Library. The ideal candidate must be able to coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the Library with student employees. This individual will have experience using Banner and interlibrary loan record keeping.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree; at least 1 year of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
OR
Successful completion of at least 60 college-level credit hours; at least 3 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
