- Last Updated on 14 June 2012
The digital repository currently contains two separate collections:
The NM State Documents Collection contains items such as county health profiles, The Watershed Protection Section Newsletter, state agency annual reports, Executive Orders, and city traffic flow maps.
The Federal Documents Collection includes U.S. government reports on mining, water, and nuclear wastes, as well as reports from the U.S. Forestry Service, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Sandia National Labs, and the Los Alamos National Laboratory.
The NMSL digital repository is located at http://nmdigital.cdmhost.com and is fully searchable. You may also link to the repository from the NMSL web site at http://www.nmstatelibrary.org
Researchers can perform traditional searches by author, title, or subject or simply browse the collection of their choice. Advanced search offers the ability to search by word and phrase. Searching across more than one collection is also an option. If search results contain a document in the PDF format, the PDF reader software allows one to initiate a keyword search on any word or words in that document.
The NMSL Digital Repository is a work in progress. Future projects will feature many of the interesting and unique collections at the State Library. Remember to check the NMSL website for special annoucements on new additions.
